I can't say enough good things about Mike. I wouldn't have been able to land my dream condo if it weren't for his deep knowledge of the local market and ability to quickly schedule showings. I'm a first time homeowner and Mike walked me through multiple offers, how to be competitive in a hectic market and what the offers mean for me if accepted. I learned so many new terms! I especially appreciated when Mike would give it to me straight like which buildings have red flags and when I needed to whittle down my price range/neighborhood search. He was so positive when the realities of a competitive market would get me down and I think that made all the difference. I'm also a single woman homebuyer and Mike took me seriously from the start. I can't say that of other realtors! Bottom line: Mike is fantastic!

My husband and I were moving back to Chicago from the East coast, and Mike helped us find an amazing home! As you can imagine, travel was tough with the pandemic still going on, so Mike took the time to understand what we were really looking for. He was our trusted eyes and ears for many virtual tours, and we felt comfortable moving quickly on a home in a hot market. His knowledge of the Chicagoland area is amazing, and he recommended a very family friendly area of the city we weren’t familiar with, but was a great fit! Mike was so amazing in helping us with our first home purchase. He was so responsive and made himself so available for showings when we had availability. I was referred to Mike Canzolino by a friend who had only great things to say about him. Mike was truly exceptional. As a first time home buyer the task can seem so daunting and overwhelming; however Mike truly made the process so seamless and smooth for us. Mike was absolutely amazing to work with. I came into the process having no idea how to even begin. From our first meeting he made it a point to understand my goals and what I wanted, and then guided me step by step in how to accomplish them.Having Mike present at every open house and viewing was extremely beneficial as well. I admittedly wasn't sure on what questions to be asking or what to be looking for, and Mike was all over it. In the end Mike was able to help me find a place that exceeded my expectations. We met Mike at an open house for an Andersonville condo that ultimately wasn't a fit for us. He was representing the seller's however it became instantly clear that Mike was who we needed to work with as buyers. During that open house, Mike took the time to get to know us. We didn't have many questions but Mike took time to walk us through the perks of the home and neighborhood.
