Arlette was wonderful. We connected thru Zillow, and followed with her through multiple home showings until we found our forever homes. We started looking in the city and she was very helpful and sharing insights regarding various neighborhoods. We settled on a home a bit far out in the NW suburbs, and Arlette was still very helpful in closing the deal outside of the city.

My husband and I are so grateful to have worked with Arlette throughout our first home buying experience. We entered this process with minimal knowledge, and she was an incredible support and educator for us. Arlette was always available to answer questions, help explain different parts of the process and was happy to move at whatever pace worked best for us. She remained flexible to help us see properties while both working full time in person jobs. Her team was also available to step in while Arlette was out of town so that we did not have to pause viewing properties. She truly never made us feel rushed and we always felt supported to wait until we found the right home. Once we decided we were ready to put in an offer, Arlette worked quick and efficiently and was very knowledgeable about how to make the most enticing offer.
