David was incredibly helpful in helping my husband and I buy our first home. David was an absolute pleasure to work with! As a first time home-buyer I came into the process with little to no knowledge on the process of buying a home in the city. David was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient, and helped me through every step of the process. He was always extremely transparent and upfront about properties as well as the process, while simultaneously never making me feel pressured to act or not act on a property. The market was extremely tough when we were working together and the process took some time but he was extremely attentive, present and responsive throughout the entire process. David's knowledge of the industry, Chicago, his connections and just who he is as a person made this experience for me a great one. Even after the sale, his contacts for contractors, painters, cleaners, etc. have been so helpful in making my first place feel like home. Truly cannot recommend David enough!
