We have worked with David for three transactions, he helped us get a great price for our first condo in 2016 and we used him again to sell that condo and purchase our new house. We were picky and not willing to settle - we searched for three years and David never pressured us into making a decision and would offer a fair perspective when we asked for it. We couldn’t be happier working with him - great communicator and always quick to reply. He worked hard for us and got us a price $50k over asking for our condo and helped negotiate a price under asking for our new home. It was a dream situation and we couldn’t recommend him enough!
