Working with David was a pleasure! He is very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the dos and don'ts of buying a condo in Chicago. I don't know how I got so lucky to have stumbled across David's path six years ago when I was looking to buy and having a very hard time deciding between staying in Lakeview or moving to Streeterville. It became clear that another realtor that I had been working with before David was solely focused on closing a deal, and did not have my best interests in mind. I'm sure glad I decided to go to that open house on Kenmore where I bumped into David and really liked him right away. Unlike my experience with the other realtor, I never felt rushed with David. He was so helpful and patient throughout the process of weighing pros and cons, and had everything to do with my ending up in the perfect apartment for me. I can't recommend David highly enough!

We have worked with David for three transactions, he helped us get a great price for our first condo in 2016 and we used him again to sell that condo and purchase our new house. We were picky and not willing to settle - we searched for three years and David never pressured us into making a decision and would offer a fair perspective when we asked for it. David was an absolute joy to work with. There was a lot of prep work needed prior to putting our home on the market. Dave had the professional crews available to get the work done completely, expertly and in a very timely manner. The end product was exquisite. Dave had the home on the market soonest and it was under contract in 48 hours. We were prepared for a more extended process, but with the prep work and time to get things ready for market, no problems were seen. Dave kept us involved and informed throughout the entire process including visits to the home to make sure everything was progressing smoothly.
