I can't say enough about how great it was working with Sam and the rest of his team. At every step of the way, he was always so helpful and responsive and he made my buying journey so much simpler. As a first time buyer, it was a nerve racking process that moved at quick speeds but I never ever felt rushed in the process. Sam worked on my time and I'm grateful to have had that experience of not feeling rushed. He always provided me his honest opinion about the properties we looked at and if he felt something wasn't worth it he would let me know. They were consistently encouraging and positive, even when we were nervous or hit roadblocks we didn't anticipate. There was extra communication and sensitivity as we were in the middle of divorcing, and the whole team understood and acted with utmost professionalism. What I appreciated most was that even though I was in another state and separated, Sam and his team kept us both informed equally at every step; I never had to reach out wondering what was happening. Sam was an incredible partner for the sale of our condo. From our initial meeting all the way to the closing date, Sam was there for guidance and to make the process seamless. He’s an excellent negotiator and advisor, and helped us achieve what we went in feeling was our “reach” outcome- we couldn’t be happier.
