Sam and his team was awesome. We bought and sold our house with him 5 years apart and he went above and beyond for us both times. Selling our house was complicated with extra streps due to a special assessment. He organized open houses, secured seven offers within 48 hours, had them improve their offer without us asking. We felt completely supported during the whole process, they put a premium on stress reduction, and we really felt like they were on top of things from start to finish. I don't typically write reviews but I requested a link from him in order to write one because I feel strongly. I would give his contact information to any friend and family without even thinking about it.
