Real estate isn’t new to me. It’s the family business. I grew up around the industry watching my dad build Chicago Properties Firm from the ground up, absorbing the deals, the negotiations, and the client relationships long before I ever earned a license myself. I made it official in April 2026, but the truth is I’ve been preparing for this career my entire life. I’ve already been part of numerous transactions, so I’m stepping into this role with real experience already under my belt, not just a certificate on the wall.

I studied Urban and Regional Development at the University of Arizona. That gives me a real edge in understanding how neighborhoods grow, how zoning shapes value, and where opportunity is headed next. It’s not just a classroom subject for me. It’s the lens I bring to every property and every client conversation.

Before real estate, I spent time working with special needs kids, which taught me something you can’t learn in any training program: how to truly listen, read a room, and meet people exactly where they are. That skill translates directly to this business. Whether I’m sitting across from a first time buyer who’s nervous about the process or a seller who needs a steady hand through negotiations, I know how to pick up on what people need, often before they say it out loud.

As an all conference football player and wrestler, I learned early on what it means to outwork the competition. Real estate rewards the same mindset: showing up early, staying disciplined, and never being outworked when it matters most. I bring that same drive to every client relationship, every showing, and every deal.
