Justine was amazing! We met her as a Zillow-provided agent to view a property. We knew soon after that we’d like to use her as our buyer’s agent. She was fantastic. We are first-time homebuyers and she walked us through the whole process. Even when there was difficulties with the seller’s side, Justine stayed on top of it and kept us filled in. She is super responsive, knows the area, and is just a lovely person. All of her team’s recommendations for lenders, legal team, etc were also all fantastic. We closed on time, and have an awesome new home!

Justine was a fantastic agent to work with throughout the entire homebuying process. She was an excellent resource for my husband and me as we were relocating from another state. Justine was able to help us narrow down our neighborhood search based on our wish list and budget, and most importantly, a neighborhood we would be happy living in. I can't even count the number of places she toured with us, and not once did she pressure us to make a decision. She was professional and positive from the first place we saw until the very last. She reassured us that she and the team at Chicago Properties wanted us to be happy and confident in our final decision.She was always available, responded to our questions and requests to visit new places, and was all-around a very pleasant person to work with during a stressful, last-minute long distance move. In my experience, Justine did not have local knowledge of the area but was pleasant to work with. She leaned on her manager for recommendations. In my opinion, I did find it unprofessional that stories were shared of other clients. There was little privacy, much less than what I would expect during a stressful and financially cumbersome process. Based on this alone, I personally would not use Justine in the future.

As a first time homebuyer I had zero knowledge about the whole process but Justine explained everything to me in a manner that I would easily understand. She is about an hour away from where I’m staying but whenever I tell her about a property that I’m interested at, she’s always availble to accompany me for viewing and gave me some good insights about the location. She was a very good advocate and her negotiation skills are top notch. I had to compete against multiple bidders but she guided me throughout those stressfull process and gave me sound advice on how to approach it. It also helped that she made very good relationship with the seller’s agent too which made the communication between me and the seller’s team smooth. Overall, I would say that it was a very pleasant journey and I have leaned a lot all thanks to Justine’s help and I would highly recommend her if you want to buy or sell a property.

Justine was amazing to work with as first time home (condo) buyers. She took me and my fiance on dozens of showings all over the city and talked us through the process until we found the place for us. Justine is very responsive and easy to work with as someone who prefers texting/emails to calling.
