Noach guided me through the process of purchasing a condo in Chicago. This was the second property Noach helped me buy in Chicago. Just like the first time around, his expertise and knowledge of the local Chicago real estate market proved invaluable. We toured several properties. Some of them turned out to be unsuitable in a most entertaining fashion, almost like on reality TV. We had a good chuckle during debriefing afterward and moved on. Eventually a property came along that checked all the right boxes. Noach and his team worked to smooth out the inevitable minor bumps during the closing process and all is well, yet again.

As first time home buyers, Noach was recommended to us by a close friend, and we lucked out! Our process was atypical -- though we looked at a few apartments with Noach and his team, we inevitably bought the condo we had been renting for 2 years from our landlord. As we waited for our landlord to determine whether or not they wanted to sell as well as asking price, Noach was incredibly patient and helped us think through what we were looking for in our first home. Once the process began in earnest, Noach ensured we were clear on next steps, and introduced us to all the appropriate key players, including our mortgage lender. Noach also accommodated our hectic work and travel schedules, often answering our texts, emails, and calls into the late evening. From determining we were buying to close, the process took just over a month. Despite feeling initially overwhelmed by the process and quick turnaround, we ended up feeling very supported and prepared throughout.

Noach was great to work with. He was responsive and patient with our long and picky search for the perfect home. Once we found a place we loved, he was quick and determined to get our house sold and was wonderful in negotiations with the buyers of our current home and sellers of our new home.
