Sam was fantastic to work with and did a great job getting our condo sold under unusual circumstances. We had moved out of state and he was able to coordinate listing, delisting, rental, and then ultimately selling in a pocket listing situation. Sam and his team were able to assist on repairs, staging, etc all while we were out of town. Ended up getting a better price than we initial wanted and minimized the carrying cost by having few gaps between rental and pocket listing. Always very responsive and open during the whole process.
